Music fills our heart with happiness and joy. It is the greatest creation which touches the soul and also helps to sympathetically manifest unspoken desire. It is an art of sound in time that expresses ideas and emotions. It is a complex amalgam of melody, harmony, rhythm, timbre and silence. Life without music is like fasting for a teen- boring, painful and dull. We don’t notice but music changes our moods, feelings and even our actions.

At times you just want to be alone in a dark room and as you play music it changes your mood from dark and depressed to elated and delirious happiness. It works wonders on creating a certain atmosphere. Every religion on the planet uses music in some form or the other to enhance the soul, whether it is rhythmic chants or the devotional songs. Music is recreational; listening to soothing songs can be a way of relaxing and allowing your body and mind to take break from the monotony of life. Music can be a good way of helping your imagination go to new heights. It is rightly said that when words and letters fail , the best option is music.
