Offline Training method takes place using the actual tools, equipment, documents or materials that trainees will use when fully trained. It often utilizes lectures, case studies, role playing and simulation, having the advantage of allowing people to get away from work and concentrate more thoroughly on the training itself. It does not happen through online methods of training. This type of training has proven more effective in inculcating concepts and ideas.
By addressing individual training needs while training, the process is smoother and more efficient as the content is presented in a format that is easy to understand and comprehend. Offline Training encourages learners to participate more comprehensively and is an effective methodology of training.
