Her focus and expertise lie in psychometrics, NLP and various other experiential postulates. She is also Advance DISC Administrator from Extended DISC India.

While working with Fortune 500 corporate houses, she has developed customized training workshops based on needs & profile of the audience. She has done her Post Graduation in Human Resource from Symbiosis, Pune & MBA from Institute of Management & Research, New Delhi. She has conducted various motivational & self- awareness programs.
