Meeta is an astute and collaborative professional with over 11+ years’ experience in the field of teaching, training and consulting. Worked with corporate across different sectors to improve business results through people and HR solutions. Done extensive work in the Management Education space, facilitating employ ability skills in students. Spanning her career of more than 11 years, she has not only worked with premier academic institutions like Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, but has also consulted with Infosys Technologies Ltd, one of the largest and reputed IT consulting organization in India, as a Certified Trainer on behavioral skills for their software professionals.

As a part of her association with Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, she has successfully trained with organizations like Tyco Electronics, KSB Pumps, Godrej Industries, Max New York Life Insurance, Tata Faurecia, Ratnagiri Collecotorate, Pune Municipal Corporation etc. Overall, in the role of a facilitator, she has more than 9 years experience in designing and delivering value based programs like Enhancing Interpersonal Communication, Customer Orientation and Management, Telephone & Email Etiquette, Managing Relationships at the workplace, Personality Grooming, Team Building, Stress Management, etc.

Meeta had looked after several projects in training (from concept to delivery) using Psychometrics with organizations like: Pegasus Properties, American Axel Manufacturing (AAM) and some Architectural firms in Pune, to name a few. One of the popular modules which she facilitates is the Big 5 Mirror workshop. The objective of this workshop is to enhance self-awareness, build interpersonal sensitivity and team bonding. CB5- an online personality test is taken by the participants before this programme and Meeta helps the participants understand their reports in depth. She also uses this tool as a part of pre-work of many of her soft-skills training programme. She is a certified Workplace Big Five Professional and does report reading sessions on the Five Factor Model for managers as well as students. Conceptual clarity, networking skills and a consulting mindset are some of her professional strengths.
